I looked up balloon garland/arches a while back and the person was using zip ties to make it. I decided to pass. Recently, however, a friend of mine posted pictures from her son's birthday and she made him balloon garland. I asked her about it and she sent me a link to this product. Holy cow! The plastic strip makes the whole process so easy and you can skip holes depending on how full you want the garland or arch to be (mine was going above a door, so I needed it to be able to lay flat). I couldn't quite get the hang of the balloon tie thingies, but I didn't give them much of a chance. I love that the kit comes with glue dots too, so you can fill in gaps. I still have plenty of the plastic strip leftover to use next year too. And if you want to be really frugal, you could even save the strip you used and just remove the balloons when you are done. Sorry for the photo quality, I wasn't thinking about writing a review when I took it, otherwise I would have gotten more in the picture.

I purchased this kit to try my very first balloon garland. It came out great. The garland was easy to use and assemble. The balloon tie took was very helpful and saved my fingers. I also used the glue dots to help with placement. I loved the final product

The product was worth the money. The only issue I had was that the string to hold it up wasn’t strong enough and kept breaking and the glue dots weren’t strong enough to hold balloons together. BUT the actual garland strip was easy to use and kept the balloons in place even while we were moving it around.

So I bought this kit because I wanted to make the arch at the hall instead of buying it and having in my vehicle. It didn't come with instructions which was fine but I had no idea how to use those blue and red plastic things. So that was lame. The actual arch strip of plastic that,it cam with was great. It was thick enough to not break and the slots are very secure once you attach the balloons. I did not use the tape roll because I didn't see the point of it but it was a nice thing to have. I didn't give it 5 stars because I feel like the plastic pieces should of at least had directions. For someone who was doing this for the first time it would have been nice but no big deal. For the price it waa great though.

The tool for tying balloons was a big help.

I will not be using till April.
