NAOT Footwear Women's Motu Shoe

Excellent shoes! They are attractive and feel great. I have another pair of Naot shoes that I treasure, and I wanted a new pair that would be attractive enough to use for work. Within a day of their arrival, I wore them on an international trip with no backup shoes and was thrilled that they worked out perfectly. They were even comfortable on a 13-hour flight in which my feet swelled considerably. I highly recommend these and other Naot shoes.

These shoes are way cute. However, they run a size large. 37 (I wear a US 6M) was too big and wide; however, a 36 (US 5) is a pretty good fit, tho still a bit wider than I like. The right shoe rubs my heel, but I'm hoping that will stop when the shoe is broken in a bit more. The velcro strap uses lighter weight velcro than I expected; I hope it lasts as long as I expect the shoes will; I couldn't wear even the 36 without the strap. The shoes are all leather, still my feet sweat uncomfortably in them, even just around the house on a cool day. But they are way cute, just not the wow! shoe experience I expected at that price level.

Best shoes I've found as a teacher/tour guide who spent many years standing on hard surfaces for hours at a time with cute, but non-supportive footwear. It got to the point where my feet hurt so bad, I couldn't do my job properly without having to request a chair to sit down and get off my feet periodically. I had plantar fasciitis. Naot shoes saved my life! I have narrow feet and the adjustable Velcro strap is perfect to make the shoes fit comfortably. The true test was when I spent 4 days at a trade show, standing behind a booth for 10 hours, and then walking all around the city of Tucson to visit other venues. Amazingly, my feet barely hurt after all of this time and I was able to immediately return to my teaching job without pain. This Motu Mary Jane pair were the ones I wore, which lasted 2 1/2 years of daily standing and an average of 10,000 steps at least 4 days a week. I recently bought my second identical pair and plan to stick with Naot shoes because they not only saved my feet, but there are also many cute styles.Tip: if you can get measured and try the shoes on first at a store, do it. I've ordered 5 pairs of Naot shoes on Amazon based on the measurements and all have fit perfectly. Plus, there's a much wider selection of styles, and many are discounted.

I have had these shoes for 4 months. I did not wear them much in the summer and the patent leather has ripped in several spots. Very disappointing for this price and the Naot name.

I have a pair of Kirei shoes (both the Kirei and Motu are from the Koru collection) in the same size, but this was much tighter in the toe box. Some stitching was broken and the leather was unevenly sewn in parts. The shoe looked very attractive in the pictures but was disappointing in actuality. While I loved the red berry sides, the gray strap divided the foot unflatteringly; if the strap were the same red color, the shoe would look far less boxy.

Naot's are excellent high quality shoes. This is my second pair. The first ones held up for at least 8 years after which time I wore out the soles. The footbed is leather and they are even replaceable if need be. Mine lasted the entire lifespan of the shoe. They are pricey but you get what you pay for. Well worth the investment in my opinion.

I love these shoes. They are very nicely made and I love the design on them. I have a narrow foot, but was hoping that they would work for me since they have a strap. Unfortunately, they are just too wide and I am having to return them. If they were not so wide, I would definitely enjoy wearing them - they are a classy comfort shoe. I wear 7-1/2N and purchased a 38.

I love these shoes but they are too small. I tried a stretcher with no success but i will try again. I really want to wear these shoes. I wear a women's US 11 medium. I purchased the largest size available (42) so I cannot exchange for a larger size.
