I received the Kaloud with a major part missing!!! The one where the coals are placed. Of course I could not use it, and I returned it immediately for a complete refund. You would think for the price they would check to make sure all the parts are there! I noticed that the item was VERY SMALL much smaller than it appears in the picture, I doubt it would fit anything but the tiniest of bowls.I will not order it again especially after finding out how small it is, I am an avid hookah smoker and I have over 60 different bowls, of all sizes and shapes and I honestly do not think I have one that this would fit comfortable on to perform what it is supposed to do. Of course, if it does not fit well the smoke would escape from the sides and it would beat the purpose of the whole thing.

I love the lotus
So after 2 back to back uses. First things first. I love the lotus. I own version1 of this bowl. So the first one i owned i had to preheat it on the stove to get it hot. Then put the coals in and start smoking. This newer version I put 3 coals in let it sit like 2 or 3 minutes and it gets going already.So here is where there is a problem. Maybe I got a bad batch or something.I let it cool down for a few hours. And then hand washed it with hot water and put it on my dish rack to dry. Came back to use it the next day and it was all stained like u could see on the sides and so forth. The top part never stained and was perfectly fine. Weird considering i washed both the top and bottom at the same time

Found out about this neat little deal while in San Diego at The Art of Hookah. This is the best way to enjoy your hookah addiction. I have absolutely nothing negative to say about this product. 5 stars all the way. DON'Tcheap out and buy the cheap Chinese copy. Buy the original Kaloud Lotus.
