Focus is key. I mean you need to be focused to get things done really. With all these distractions around I coudn't help myself. So I hve tried this and I'm amazed how good it works. It's subtle but fairly noticeable. Glad there is this dedicated focus supp to help me concentrate.

Really helps me focus on tasks especially when I usually loose focus around mid afternoon. Helps me avoid too many coffees as well.

I bought this product because the company highly rated it improves your focus,which wasn't cheap at £29 for a months supply or 30 tablets. I tried them for 2 weeks at a dose that the company suggested, I got absolutely nothing from this product, complete waist of money in my opinion. I'm an athlete and wanted the concentration and focus, so disappointed

Simply put, this item does not work for me. And even if this does work for others I can guarantee the effects aren't instant like its says they are.

These work out to about £1 each and when you think a redbull can be double that price youre getting a better hit for half the money.Worth it to keep you awake, but I didn't feel any "smarter" on these, still as brain foggy as ever.
