I love it. Very potent flavor so you only need a little bit of it. But like with most flavoring you need to add some vanilla to give it just the right kick. I used it for buttercream frosting and it just hits the spot

I only used half the amount of what the recipe calls for and it was perfect. The flavor is real cherry and the aroma filled the kitchen while I was mixing and baking my Cherry Almond Shortbread cookies for Christmas, they turned out delicious.

I used this to flavor faux chocolate covered cherries. Instead of using real cherries, I use a combination of cream cheese, powdered sugar and cherry flavoring. Dip these in chocolate. Yum. Doesn't take much flavoring as it is strong.

This package contains 2 1-dram bottles of cherry flavoring (stronger than an extract). Each bottle made enough cherry candy to have a solid cookie sheet full. It's just the flavor you'd expect from cherry candy. The recipe included was easy to make, as long as you have a candy thermometer. My kids enjoyed watching me make it. I have some other flavors, and I look forward to trying them as well.
