We just bought a house and the previous homeowners don't seem to have maintained the lawn to keep it healthy. I have used a lawn service in previous homes, so I knew what they did in the late spring/early summer so did that, but I wasn't sure about doing a fungal treatment and omitted that. Big mistake. Huge. It became clear that our lawn had some sort of fungal issue and it progressed really quickly. I ordered this, did a treatment and could see a positive effect in a little over a week. At the two week point, the lawn already appears to be improving and I will do a second treatment this week. I do plan to find a lawn service for treatments and aerating/over-seeding in the fall, but I wouldn't hesitate to use this product again.

Easy to use formula wear a mask though. Maybe stands downwind.

I wish I knew about this earlier, could have solved the problem in and around my yard. I like the pesticide is mixed in. 2 birds one stone. I might have been late putting it down but i believe this could have helped everything grow 4x better than ever. Our entire community had major problems with plants and trees dying from unknown reasons. But the crazy part is, Everything grew like gangbusters this year! I had one of my lawn customers try it last year, but never heard back?

Liked brand. Sprayed on front and back yard. It's working slower than usual because of the hot and humid weather. Hopefully it will adhere to the grass and roots.
