Easy improvement in short time
Although you have to buy the training kit this gives quick 20 minute workouts to do three times a week for an all around golf fitness. The side effects of improvement to rotator cuffs, hips, pelvis and back as well as a stronger core are enormous in combating the aches and pains of getting older and modern living. Adds lots of distance and takes my swing back 10 years. A lot easier than doing a full TPI assessment and as it gives you a varied work out plan it does the job well. I’d say this is essential for any ageing golfer with restricted and slowing movement and full of aches and pains. It works great and it’s easy to do with nice quick gentle workouts you can do in your lounge while watching sport on tv.

Great idea poorly executed
I bought this book to improve my golf fitnesses. I wanted to know what to do. I wanted good diagrams and concise instructions. There is so much padding in this book. 40 pages of background, long winded repetitive instructions and very poor photography. It took me ages to understand each instruction. I returned the book.

Amazing information to let you know how to improve your game from a body shape perspective. Fitness plays a very important role in how you play and how to improve. If you're looking into what exercises you should do to play better golf, this is it. I'm a man in his low fifties and although I'm in shape somewhat, I did also start to loose flexibility and get occasional pain or limited movements due to tightness from age and sedentary life.
