These will work if the thickness is not TOO thick or not TOO thin - it must be just right. They work by putting the circle one one side of the the duvet and comforter (that's inside the duvet) and the half-circle on the other side of the duvet-comforter duo and slipping the half-circle onto the circle so it pinches the layers together. The thing is, it puckers the fabric noticeably all around the clip and looks ugly. This might not be as noticeable with a patterned duvet cover but it's very noticeable on a white or solid one. There's no hiding it because it's on both sides. The other downside is that it pops off if you bump it wrong. It doesn't fall off as much as I thought it would, but it does fall off and when that happens, the comforter slips inside the duvet and defeats the whole purpose of putting the clips on all together.Honestly, I'm going to go to the fabric store and buy a roll of plain ribbon and sew it onto the inside duvet cover and the duvet, tie them together, turn it all right side out and be done. For some reason manufacturers make the duvets one size and the duvet covers two sizes too big so everything is slopping around all the time. I can't stand having a bunched up duvet, so these'll do until I have time for a more permanent solution.

The idea of these Comforter Clips is sound, but the execution leaves a lot to be desired.They install very easily and are not very bulky which is nice, but only lasted two nights before they fell off.If you are interested in something you need to re-tighten/apply every night, this is a nice product.*EDIT*After posting this and rating at 2-Stars, I was contacted by the company, who was sad to hear the product didn't work for me.They offered replacement or refund, and as the product didn't work on my Duvet Cover, I chose a refund.Due to the quality of their customer service I raised this one star to a 3-Star rating.

These work great for keeping duvet covers in place. Seems to be the best option when the cover does not have ties for the duvet. I've tried other products that do not work as well. I'm only taking one star away because they can fall off and you won't find them without removing the full duvet from the cover. Not perfect but a good option.

Very easy to use once you realize the clip snaps over the top and doesn’t slide onto the middle.These seem to securely hold the duvet cover to the comforter. Great solution for duvet covers that don’t have ties inside.

This helps the comforter from bunching up in the comforter cover and they do not fall off, like others I have had in the past. They are hard plastic so I only have two on the bottom of the comforter so I don't end up sleeping on the hard plastic. It will take some force to put them on correctly but they won't​ break.

These clips are the worst! After looking at several clips I choose these, in hindsight mainly based on the lack of info on them. They clips are "visible" when installed and you can feel them as you sleep. I was willing to live with this until the first time I went to sleep with them on. I got into bed and pulled the comforter up and 2 of them popped off. I thought maybe I did not attach them correctly so unsuccessfully tried the same process 3 times. Finally giving up and going to bed. when I woke up 3 more had popped off. Within a week all of the clips were off. I will keep looking for a product that works or just move to safety pins. Highly disappointed.

While the idea is great, unfortunately these clips does not hold even on a thin blanket/queelt with a flat sheet.They snapped out during the night... I wouldn't recommend this especially if you think to use it for a child's bed.

Hmm. Perhaps I am not using these as prescribed? Perhaps my expectations were too grand? I thought they might be helpful holding my douvet to the comforter it covers. Ya know, keep things intact. The first night two of them broke, and by broke I mean came undone. Within a week, all eight had proved useless.
