The End Times: A Guide to Bible Prophecy and the Last Days

I love the details in this book. The author does a fantastic job explaining each event from the rapture itself, to the antichrist, the false prophet, the end times and everything in between. I really liked all the scripture that was quoted and mentioned after every single mention of each event. It was nice to go directly to a verse and read it first hand directly out of the Bible. I highly recommend this book. Not only to already Christian’s but to everyone. As we should all be aware of the events that will take place.

This is a must read for all Christians! I was very much enlightened by the facts and Scriptures that were laid out.

The author leans hard toward the literal. That, of course, cannot be done throughout the Book of Revelations. Obviously, actual stars do not fall to the Earth. The author also boxes the entire End Times into a literal 7 year period. For example, such events like the Angel pours out his bowl on the Sun and it is allowed to scorch the Earth. [We now know that this is going to happen soon--possibly within 40 years--because of "Polar Field Flip" where the Earth's magnetic field weakens: creating wonders in the sky of "norther lights" all over the world and horrible solar radiation] is crammed into a 7 year period.Love his presentation style and knowledge. Any book on the Apocalypse is going to be way off in several ways...but his is the best I've found so far!

This book has been spot on and I’m reading for Christ return! All evil will be gone, big government will be gone, tyrants will be gone! Fake Christians will be gone!

I've been a fan of Britt Gillette from his articles published on the RaptureReady website, to his personal website. In this book the author does not disappoint. End times eschatology is rather popular right now, (sign of the times?), so I decided to give this a read. I was not disappointed. Gillette lays out his thesis in a well structured format that carries the reader along from chapter to chapter. I purchased the Kindle edition and am sorry I did. I'd dearly like to have the paperback for my modest library. So at some point I'll probably order that as well. I'm not saying this work is the definitive insider's guide to the End Times, since such a thing could not be written. But working with the information available, and Scripture, it's an excellent presentation and should not disappoint anyone. Recommended.

I am pretty much a dummy when it comes to the book of revelation. I though Britt did an excellent job of helping me understand it all. I highlighted many areas in this book. Some sentences really “woke me up” (Im writing in my own words) such as;1) How does Jesus decide what job you’ll have in Heaven? What you do with your life now will determine the answer.2) Don’t focus on Earthly treasures. (Im guilty).3) Love Jesus more than your own life. (this 3rd sentence moved me the most. I have enjoyed my “toys” when I could have given to the poor instead). It really humbled me. Just one last “earthly want” I always say. It could be anything. Some women buy too much makeup, purses etc..some men buy too many things as well. We all have our “toys”. But I do hope to stop this habit by the end of 2020 and start helping the poor instead. For this reason, I will always keep this book and revert back to when needed.

I loved that he used many Bible verses to back his beliefs. Many books of prophecy seem to go ideas of what might held in the end times. Britt sticks to the facts.

Britt Gillett has an excellent ability to make common sense out of prophecy. I will be sure to use this book as one of my "go to" references whenever I have the opportunity to discuss what is happening in our rapidly changing world. We need all the help we can get to bring Jesus into the lives of as many as possible before he comes for his Bride!

Britts book flows well and logically. The tone is upbeat and contains practical advice. The evidence is convincing. Variations of endtime beliefs are discussed and arguments before and against offered in a clear concise way.A good start for people unfamiliar with endtime beliefs

I have read so many books, articles, and writings on Biblical Prophecy regarding end times and while many have been quite informative, no one lays it out as succinctly, with scripture references readily listed as Gillette does in this book. I also appreciate that he presents the information without bias and without creating his own prophecies.
