What is the expiry date please?

On my pack the label has been cut too far in to read except for 01/05 but at the other side it reads 1 so I suppose it should read 21. I could be wrong but hope not.

How do you store please?

Any sort of sort of airtight container will suffice. It's perfectly ok in a cupboard and lasts for ages. I use it a lot for cakes. 13g powder to 40 ml of water = one egg.

How does this convert into number of eggs per kilo?

its 12.5g of powder per egg so about 80 per kg eggs.
