Very informative. Detachable map was helpful.

We used this book extensively to plan our trip to Amsterdam. We found it helpful in using trains and buses to go around the city and to see the windmills outside the city. We found a nice boutique hotel in the museum district and had confidence in navigating the city.

Well worth it !

I began reading this when I was flying to Europe. I wish I had read it beforehand because it was chockful of great information I would have used to add to my trip document. Nevertheless, I added a few things, and it also confirmed some of my choices.

Not much information that wasn’t available anywhere else. Save your money, more good information online. Some restaurant pricing was helpful

Very informative guide book, comes with a handy map, the book is broken down into sections of the different main areas of Amsterdam, lots of great recommendations from sites to places to eat, fantastic we took it with us every day
