Used solinoids
I have purchased this item twice. The first one showed up with a broken solinoid from shipping. The second one a solinoid was so old and fragile it broke when I tried to plug it into the wiring harness. Luckily in both cases my local parts store had a replacement solinoid in stock. The bad news was that it was an added $35 in one case and $49 in the other.

I didn't receive the valves body spacer plate with it.
The usual valve body I ordered came with a broken solenoid and a bent valve body plate. The product was supposed to be new and not remanufactured. I am very unhappy about this! Just trying to put a vehicle together.
