hi just measured the shorts inside leg 9 inches , good material smooth touch and heavier than other shorts , maybe due to quality of material hi, just measured shorts 9 inches , good quality material smooth to touch , feels thicker than other shorts , smart look , hope this helps

Yes they have two button down rear pockets

The only stretch is a slight give in the fabric this is not an elasticated waist

Q: How do I send order back

Ask Amazon they will provide you with an answer. They will provide you with a form and will ask you to have it printed on a4 paper make2 or 3 copies. one copy will be with the Amazon address which you will be asked to stick on the package to be returned to Amazon. Also with your own address on the package. One filled form is to be put inside the package. I would usually wrap the package in thick brown paper seal with transparent tape or packing tape and take it to the post office and pay for the postage and have it sent through the post.
