This stuff gets me through my long and tough workouts. It's basically carbs and salt. So energy and hydration. Flavor is mild, if not a bit salty, but enjoyable as an intra. I'm stuck on the Watermelon and can only speak to that but 5 stars for me. I will say it doesn't mix super easily but I've figured out if you put an ounce or two of water in your shaker first, add the g1m, top it off and shake there are no issues.

So, i got this product because it seems Bare Performance Nutriton does not make "Intra Flight" anymore. So far, I am really enjoying this product, very mild taste but still there and easy to drink. It definitely keeps you going during hard cardio/lifting workouts although i think it is more aimed at a boost during cardio-intensive workouts like biking/running.My only complaint is that it tends to clump up when putting in a water bottle. I usually put a serving in a 32 oz. Nalgene water bottle and keep it in the fridge until morning (this is way more water than it recommends for a servingl/scoop, but a full Nalgene is easier for me to fill & go).Generally the clumps will settle, but I've found that it is better to fill a Nalgene about halfway, add the scoop, shake the bottle like your life depends on it, and then fill the rest of the way.Very mild complaint, but thought it would be useful to those like me who prep at night to hit the gym early in the morning.

Didn’t upset my stomach. Good quality ingredients. I like the option for no flavor for less additives. Can definitely feel an improvement in my workouts and gains after 1 month. No jitteriness. Can dry scoop but also has good mixability. Great value for money. Highly recommend.

I have used this product several times and cannot recommend enough. Tastes great and really helps keep me hydrated during my runs. Excellent product.

Currently using this product to train for a marathon and have seen great results. It does not upset my stomach and I can tell when it is starting to kick in during my run. It provides me with clean feeling energy during my run instead of a jittery feeling like caffeine stimulants.Can be difficult to get mixed some days but I’ve found that filling a shaker bottle about 2/3 full and shaking on its side has worked very well.

I like the product but I don’t like how clumpy it is. I can’t never dissolve it properly. It doesn’t taste bad.

I've never had such hardcore electrolytes in my life. You can immediately taste the thickness and feel your body getting powered up. I've never had aches or spasms after taking this before/during long raves and runs. The flavor is great too-- despite the thickness, you don't get that sterile gelatin taste

BPN puts out another excellent product! I know I’m getting quality when I buy their stuff. Salter watermelon is super tasty.
