We installed several of these in our basement for our active kids ages 7-13. They were working great, until one evening my son brings me the torn rope and says it broke. I was happy to see that he was ok, but now I cannot be sure that the other ones will stay intact. What if one breaks again in a not very safe "swing"?.. Im kind of regretting this purchase.

When getting them one was broke ..Sent a message on Sunday morning and within 2 hrs got a answer back from Dan...he was very nice and took care of the problem..sent it out asap and we got it Tuesday. They are made well and will be buying more things since we are building a Ninja court..Thanks Dan

Excellent quality.Strong metal screw on carabiner type clips and solid plastic for the bars.Ropes are very strong too

Bought to use for ring rows strapped to pullup bar. Solid construction, catches work well, however the plastic is not a great alternative to traditional wooden gymnastic rings - quickly become very slippery even with slight perspiration. Fine for use when wood rings unobtainable but will be replacing them.

Used these on a pull up bar for my son to play on. He can hang upside down and pull himself up onto the bar. Great strengthening but fun

I bought this to use as an attachment to do trx, excellent, if it hold my 16st weight I'm sure it will be safe for kids
