Good Buy
Popcorn is chemistry. Period. ALL chemistry happens with CERTAIN CONDITIONS REQUIRED TO BE MET.It is also the BEST in Chemistry, to use STANDARDIZED AND PROPERLY OPERATING EQUIPMENT.I can absolutely guarantee every person complaining about mixed kernels and not mushroom kernels have either uneven heating or not enough heat, bad process/procedure, or are using junk equipment.HERE is THE pro-tip for 95%+ mushroom popcorn from these bags:• A good glug of AVOCADO OIL in the bottom of a crank/spinner style stovetop popper.• Put the heat at almost max, 9.5/10 not 7/10. If you do 7/10 THAT is your problem.• Throw TWO kernels of popcorn into the popper. TWO.• When you hear them BOTH pop, pour the rest of the popcorn kernels in• Crank the handle a few times to coat the kernels in oil.• Then give the pot a shake to evenly redistribute.• Let it sit and reheat.• When the FIRST couple kernels pop, start SLOWLY cranking.• When the popping becomes vigorous, crank NOT slowly. Not fast, not slow.• When the popping slows to about 1 per second...You have a decision. There will be a number of kernels that are unpopped right now.You can practice your cranking and you can get that number down to a tablespoon unpopped, but you risk burning your hard work. Or you can stop popping right now, and toss the unpopped kernels out in the yard for the critters to eat.

Good quality product
The quality of corn was nice and I would say that it's a value for money product.

Poor quality
Very stale kernels. Tried using them with pan / cooker /pop corn machine. I’m all cases the pop corn was soggy and felt rubbery which is a clear indication of stale kernels

Tastes good
Mushroom popcorn is really great, my son loves cooking it. We ordered twice, little on the expensive side (PVR quality). Tastes great with some added butter and cheese powder.
