I really like the shower system. It looks and works great in our outdoor shower! Unfortunately, the main water control valve was damaged by freezing temperatures last winter and began to leak. ( I drained the valve better in prior winter and had no problem.) When I contacted customer service, they offered and promptly sent me a replacement valve which I installed and the shower now works fine once again. They have followed up several times during the process to ensure success.

It came packaged good, no damage, clear instructions. However, we are in texas and have had to replace 3 times as soon as any colder temp comes at night. Even shutting g water off during these times or letting water slowly drip/stream to avoid issues. They leak from connections and then from the shower head. During warm weather, no complaints. Very durable for our outdoor shower.

This “outdoor” shower faucet cannot stand up to being outdoors. I live in Texas so we have fairly mild weather but in less than a year the cartridge cracked, the pipe broke during a one day freeze and I’m not even sure what happened to the sprayer but that snapped as well. I reached out to the company and apparently I had purchased a used faucet! I don’t even know how this happened- I’ve never bought anything used in my life, especially on Amazon, but somehow I ended up with a used version. I’m not sure if a brand new faucet would have held up any better or if this faucet is just poor quality in general. Either way I won’t be purchasing another faucet from this company in order to find out and definitely wouldn’t recommend it.

Received item, looked great and worked well when installed. A few weeks later it started to leak. I emailed seller and they had the best customer service. They responded quickly and numerous times. Gave us instructions on how to fix it. That didn’t work and they immediately sent a replacement part. Easy to install and now working perfectly again. Thanks so much for the best customer service. It’s working great in our outdoor shower.

This is an incredible product we use it for an outdoor shower and when coming back in from a hike in the woods or working in the yard it's great just to get cleaned up before going inside. We also have a hot tub so it's great to be able to shower before you get in and when you get out. I was so impressed with customer service as one of the set screws was not the right size, I was able to call, get a hold of somebody easily, they immediately set out the new part without any delays or problems. Great product great customer service at a reasonable price can't ask for more
