What, on the long herbal natural ingredient list, was the gut culprit? It was too much to contemplate. This formulation and Brand caused absolutely no issues. The caps are the size of regular natural supplements. There is no after taste. I’m sensitive to after taste as it also took me a bit to find B vitamins that didn’t erp up all day. I’ve been taking these for 3 months and yes I think they are helping.
