I have purchased before at a cpap company and the ones I purchased from Amazon are less expensive and work great.

I prefer the guaranteed alignment this has over the N30 pillow. It works really well if you don’t wear it too tightly or rub your face into your pillow. The reason for 1 star off is because even when I wear it without issue, my nose will chafe after a week unless I use some lotion about every other night where it sits. This also requires more frequent deep cleaning due to the layered nose pillows compared to the N10 and N30 systems.

caveat emptor. buyer beware. I ordered this in hopes of replacing my current nasal pillow cushion. When I tried to install it, I noticed it had 2 prongs on it along the bottom whereas my current one had no prongs. I use the Resmed Airfit P10 but this pillow did not work. Useless junk to me.

This product was a great replacement part for my sleep machine. Works great

I've purchased this before and it was perfect fit and comfortable. Purchased again a few days ago, same size. I don't why but it is not exactly the same. The nostril pieces are angled more so in use it presses the top part where the nose pillow clips into the hard plastic into your nose. It's very painful! The base of the nostril pieces is rough and hard. My nostrils are red! Everything about it is hurting and not fitting well!
