Very nice consistency and greatvway to amp up your fiber substituting some of this instead of flour. Great taste and excellent value from a brand I trust.

A little more finely ground than the other ground flax seed brands that I've tried or maybe it's just fresher. I make flaxseed muffin in a coffee cup and use an egg in 1/4 cup flax [different flavorings depending on my mood] and the egg leaves it more moist than the other brands. I increased my microwave time from a minute to about a minute and 20 or 30 sec.

In Zip lock bag, put in refrig&sprinkle on food. Could even be handy to put in shaker, all ready for use.

I use Flax Seed Meal in banana bread, and this brand seems to add a nice flavor that other brands don't. I will keep using this.
