Great flavor, no complaints of acid and the caffeine is no joke. Doesn’t give you jitters and no complaints of palpitations. (The caffeine level is the highest available.)Working nights in a hospital, I make it for myself and others and it never disappoints in being a great, delicious cup. The flavor of this coffee is rich with no bitterness. It is a deep, dark rich coffee. I haven’t noticed extra caffeine per se. I only drink one mug in the morning but the coffee is delicious!
