Q: What load bearing detail is correct as it states 250kg is the sales description, yet the actual documentation that comes with the bed states 102kg.

Q: The headrest seems quite unstable, can it be properly tightened? The adjustment doesn’t seem to work

For the portable massage bed, please kindly refer to the following tips: Installation of the Headrest 1. Unlock the angle lock. 2. Insert and adjust the headrest frame to the proper position. 3. Press the screw on the other end of the headrest to prevent it from rotating (We recommend to fix it with a 6-angle wrench). 4. Rotate the angle lock clockwise to tighten. 5. Rotate the angle lock counterclockwise to loosen. 6. Press down the angle to finish. Note: Please don't adjust it unduly or violently.

Q: Does the couch come with a carry case or not? Mixed reviews here, so not sure?

It comes with a carry bag which isn’t great. It’s not strong and rips easy but the bed itself is great. The folds up and clips together and it has a sturdy handle so you can carry it like that which is a better option.
