Although Life Lessons is a collection of, as the author puts it, " The adages, bromides, lessons and just plain good advice I have used to run my businesses", one does not have to be a businessman or woman to benefit from this collection of the aforementioned truths.I can compare the knowledge contained to Proverbs, the Bible's fortune cookie-like wise sayings that are short and express obvious truth. Moreover, I find Incrocci's insights, perhaps unintended, quite wryly humorous. While perusing the pages one will likely be reminded of a few to many mistakes made by others who, had they employed a particular teaching or two from this book, would not have found themselves falling into unfortunate circumstances.Every young person should read this book, especially those disinclined to read a large lengthy text. This book would make a great gift.

Anecdotes to live by
I worked with Joe early in my career and I remember many of these bromides in his every day business decisions. He was a great mentor to me and many of these lessons have helped shape my career over the last 25 years. I really enjoyed the book and after reading a passage I would often stop, smile and reflect back to one of those memories in the past.

Simple, Practical and Valuable
This is a great collection of short thoughts and lessons for business people. It takes 20 minutes to read, and the wisdom imparted in these short thoughts will last a long time. Everyone in business will get something out of this, and I plan to go back through to mark my favorites and refer back to them often. I'd highly recommend this to everyone!!

Best Practices Distilled into bite Sized tidbits
A short excellent book which should be given by business owners to every manager in the organization. Managers who take to heart, and implement best practices as detailed in this book, are sure to contribute to the success of the organizations for which they work. Words of wisdom distilled into short, easy to remember pointers, each of which have much deeper meaning upon reflection.

Excellent business advice for any leader in any industry.
There are many great lessons in this book, but one of my favorites is #11 within the Leadership chapter."A leader is someone who has followers, period!""Look over your shoulder, is there a crowd of people behind you who are following?""Yes? You're a leader!""No? You are not a leader!"This book is well worth the investment!

True Wisdom
Incrocci has gathered in one place a ton of wisdom for business leaders and aspiring leaders. His practice tips are pithy and priceless. While it is a short book and easy to read, I took to reading the book slowly trying to savior and use the lessons in my daily interactions.Russell Shapiro

Great Book
What I so enjoyed about Joe’s book is how closely it aligns with his character and how he advises and directs. Simple truths with desirable outcomes. An excellent read and a great gift for others. - on behalf of Wendy Young, President and CEO, Forest City Gear

The book covers the 4 P’s, i.e. philosophical, principled, pragmatic, and price.
Enjoyed reading from cover to cover. A lot of thought-provoking information concisely written with a flair for humor. Each life lesson is a bit philosophical, based on principle and the pragmatism essential in today’s business world at a very reasonable price point for the book. The author’s insights opened my eyes.
