Great product excellent customer service!
Really pleased with my purchase and made all the better by excellent customer service. I was unsure on one section of the instruction ... I rang the customer service number and got to speak to an actual person! They sent me detailed photos to show me exactly how to connect. So rare these days to have such good customer service. The BBQ arrived in two boxes with two separate couriers and the company emailed me in advance to let me know. To top it all cooks the food well too!

Velcro strap split from the cover
Why did you choose this product over others?:One of the Velcro straps snapped after only one week of use. However the material was a very good thickness. It was a shame as it was a good fit other than that. I returned the cover for a refund.
