I've run the gamut of RX from doctors which work well initially but lose efficacy with tolerance. Instead of upping my dosage on potentially harmful prescription medications, I instead chose to go a more natural route and picked up some of these. First off, the smell is awful. I won't deny that. But from everything I've read, that's to be expected. Maybe leaving the lid off the bottle for a while would alleviate this but I couldn't bear to leave it off too long inside. They do, however, seem to work. They don't make me drowsy but do seem to help me relax before bed. Then I seem to stay asleep longer, which is a huge plus. The medicines I'm prescribed tend to knock me out quick but wear off mid-sleep and I wake up constantly during the night. With these, I don't fall asleep as quick but I do generally manage to stay asleep.
