Well packaged. I appreciate the protective plastic wrap on the bottles for safe handling. Bead lye is so much easier to work with, dissolves much better than flake, and safer than the powder. Sealed well and the bulk price is competitive. Excellent customer service cannot be overstated! A neighbor mistakenly took my package, I thought it was stolen and reached out to Belle for a replacement. My package ended up being returned so no remedy needed but I really appreciate the quick response and willingness to refund/replace without much back and forth. I will definitely be buying from this seller again.

Great value! Probably the best on Amazon in small amounts. Fast shipping, consistent product. Used for soap making. Dissolves quickly. 1 bottle makes about 20-25lbs of soap.

The shape and size of the particles are round and small, which for some reason causes them to 'bounce' when poured, so if its a shallow container you may have some particles fly out. Additionally, they tend to be static-y and cling to the sides of containers, both plastic and ceramic which is what ive used so far. Otherwise this product works just fine for the application of CP soapmaking.
