It’s a great knife using mainly for meat and fish
Used it several times and I’m very happy with it. It’s really sharp have to be very careful. Do not cut yourself. I highly recommended to get it for a gift too. I will buy it again if I need it. I am very happy using Amazon before I couldn’t use it. This is almost a year. I start using it. I’m still learning there. Still lots of things to learn. I just learn how to do reviews. I never did it before because I’m bad with the technology I don’t understand lots of things and English is my third language and I’m having hard time to do things online. I give it five stars. I still don’t know how I can do a photo or video to put it there so just writing I think will be enough for the review.

Really "cuts" down on time required to prepare a roast
We grind and prepare our breakfast sausage, and for years the most time-consuming, tedious, and dangerous part of the task was removing the pork bones from the roasts. After just a few minutes, hands are greasy and fingers are highly vulnerable to injury. The finished product wastes a disproportionate amount of meat because regular knives are unable to manage tight spaces; which in order to avoid wasting product, creates a second task of cooking the bones and removing meat originally intended as sausage. This knife is scalpel-sharp, flexible, and closely skims the bones to produce large, clean portions of meat in half the time previously required (and no trips to the first aid kit!).

Even though it's stamped, not forged, it performs wonderfully, being very sharp and controllable and retaining edge very well. It's a 10 out of 10 in my book. It has a better balance than the fibrox handle ones and definitely looks better (the price to pay for that is a little bit more maintenance effort).
