I’ve had this about a month and 1/2..... the wood is already cracking!!

The screws that come with this break. In putting this up, 2 of the screws broke and the others you can see appear to have the screw heads soddered into the screw body. Very inferior screws that I won't trust to hold up my kids. I'm going to the hardware store to get screws that won't break when screwing them in. Warning for everyone out there that you'll need to get your own screws.

I was looking for something sturdy for the kids and this was perfect! I tried it first and the kids love it!

Nothing wrong with this item but it did not fit our swing set-to low.

Received only 1 of the 2 mounting rings; no instructions; clearly a returned item.Unable to install. Will happily update review if we are sent the missing mounting ring and are able to install and use.

Very happy with the quality. Specifically the quality of the hardware. The package was short one of the hanging brackets and the seller immediately shipped one to us within a couple days from China. Good service and support.

I purchased this swing/bar and my son really liked it. Its really easy to mount, I hang it in a room, just had to make sure I was drilling into wood and not just dry wall. Overall I am very satisfied with this product. Also the supplier was very easy to communicate with, they replied within hours of me e-mailing them regarding a missing mount. I received the missing mount 1-2 days after contacting the supplier, which I would consider pretty fast.

Disappointed that some of the Hardware was missing! Now I need to find a way to Attach this / Go to a Hardware Store to source the "brackets" that go into the Wood Frame!

Kids love their new trapeze. The ceiling mounts and hardware are great quality. We we missing one of the mounts and Dan at Canteam was very quick (1-day) to mail it to us.
