WHOA!!!I am seventy-two years old next month on the 29th and I have not been able to wear Joy because of contact dermatitis. I can only wear Nickel Free but not often all. Pearls work all the time. LUCKILY, the seller was very responsive and kindly offered to have another made and shipped at no extra cost which was very much appreciated. I ordered my customized necklace on the 3rd and it arrived only 10 days later - love the speed especially for it being custom made! I selected the velvet blue bag option for it to be sent in. I was worried that the necklace would come tangled, but inside the bag it was held together by a piece of cardboard that also had care instructions on it. I love my necklace and highly recommend!
