Dissapointing
I do not like that the video is not very easy to play.. too many steps, very confusing. Took me about 15 minutes to set!

A Great Way to Start the Day!
I used this to tone and firm particularly my buttocks, thighs and arms. I haven't used it long but have found it effective in targeting the areas where women get flabbiest. What I also like is it's a good thorough workout that doesn't leave me sore or so exhausted I just want to sleep. I can workout comfortably before work.

The packaging was completely smashed upon arrival. Literally, the DVD cover fell out of the envelope in pieces. Fortunately, the DVD was not damaged. The DVD content is okay - not great, not terrific- just okay.
