I tried making macaroons for the first time. This kid was great. I like the fact that the circles are already drawn in so you don’t have to guess and they’ll come out the same size. I also use the other tips for frosting cupcakes and a cake I was doing. It was easy to clean. I love it!

Wish I would've invested in sil pads a long time ago - would've saved me a ton of hassle and kept my pans nice. So far I have used them to make choc chip cookies, lemon meringue drops, coconut clusters, and bread. They clean easily and take up little space, love that! The piping set worked pretty well too. I don't put this type of stuff in the dishwasher so I don't know how they'd hold up.

I'm new to making macarons and have finally mastered it! These have been helpful keeping the sizes consistent. Sometimes the silicon makes it hard to get a nice dry macaron though. Tip for anyone having issues with the batter sticking after baking: Put parchment OVER the silicon and use the template as it shows through. It seems to come off the parchment paper easier and more fully cooked. Will be looking for a larger size for my larger pans.

So I have used the sheets and piping bags about 10 times and they have held up well so far. The bags are a tad difficult to clean but I'm sure all reusable piping bags are. A baby bottle brush makes it so much easier. The tips seem to be of really good quality as well.
