This review is for the larger 30" fan. For those that show a hardware kit 4 bolts in a kit, these are lag bolts for concrete. Would be nice if they included some standard bolts or heavy screws, but it would be difficult for them to supply hardware for every method of mounting. As some have said, it is on the loud side but it moves a lot of air, and I am fine being cooler over some noise. Also find it strange that that the fan speed and oscillation are on different pull chains, but it is helpful as the older fans used a link that you would have to mechanically adjust to stop the movement. And this fan is mounted high up on my wall and would be impractical to get too. So I'm cool with the chain.

Although my box was rather beat up, everything seemed to be in the box. The install directions were not very clear and the pics were tiny. Granted, this was not a difficult install but I had to use my own lag bolts instead of the odd bolts that came with it. I am certainly not a professional handy man but I am mechanically inclined and I have done my fair share of home installs to include tv mounts, window treatment hardware, pictures, etc. I added a pic of the bolts that came with it. I chose not to use them. I used a large 3 1/2 lag bolt, similar to one you would use to install a tv mount. Of course, it is mounted in a stud. I just installed today but it works well with great air flow and is pretty quite. Great addition to my garage gym.

Easy to install and speeds are powerful. Perfect for our outside porch.

I ordered this 20" Ken Brown Oscillating Wall Fan because of the excellent reviews. It was supposed to be an excellent, long-lasting fan. I ordered it from Amazon on July 8, 2023, installed it on July 13, 2023, and the fan seized on June 24, 2024. It's installed in a location where it NEVER gets wet, and it isn't used very often. While it worked we loved it!!! It REALLY moves air! It has a 1-year warranty, but I can't figure out how to contact them. I even have the original paperwork, and it gives no clues on how to contact them! It says to make sure you keep the paperwork but doesn't say how to contact them if you have a problem. I HAVE A PROBLEM!!! This thing wasn't cheap, but I didn't care because it was supposed to last. It was great for 11 months....sure wish I knew how to contact them.I'd like to update my review. They contacted me through Amazon, which I appreciated. Unfortunately their answer was for me to send a video of the fan doing nothing on the wall for their technical department to analyze. A picture will provide the same data since it doesn't do anything. They haven't gotten back to me since I pointed that out to them.
