SO much better than the kind in the can
They should make all WD 40 in this kind of sprayer. The can ones always crap out when they’re still full, wasting all of the stuff left inside. This is brilliant!

Let it soak for a minute
At first I would spray it on and wipe. But I found that if you let it sit on the grease/grime for a minute or two, it works pretty good.

Can confirm it is useless
I bought this because I thought it was a more useful packaging of the WD40 degreaser that comes in a spray can (also simply called WD40 specialist industrial strength degreaser - exactly the same name.) That spray can degreaser is extremely effective at cleaning bicycle drivetrain.. and also extremely difficult to find. This spray bottle stuff does next to nothing. I let a filthy chain soak in it for 10 minutes and it barely dirtied the solution. How could that be? Even plain water would do more. Vigorous shaking got some dirt loose but that won't help when trying to clean gears or other parts that I can't soak. Based on the smell, I'm pretty sure this is just bubble blowing solution. Seriously. Will try to get money back/return.
