I take this every morning and have for a while. It's hard to say if a supplement that is suppose to help with digestion really works, but I feel better and move my bowels more regularly. So I think it's working.

This is just another expensive probiotic. If you’re looking for a weight loss solution, this is not it. I’ve been taking this for almost a month now and haven’t lost an excess of weight that the adds says that it will.
