It is simple to use and good quality. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolute Origin Digital Caliper is an Absolute bargain! *by D***R on January 23, 2015* I purchased this item thinking it would not be as good a quality as the product description said but I was wrong. The thing was well packaged and functions exactly as described. The plastic case is relatively sturdy and I expect it will protect it just fine. I have used it several times and checked it against other instrument readings and it is always dead on. I have only had it a few days, so not a lot of use yet, but I am very happy with it. For the price, I think it is a great tool. It is easy to hold, easy to use, easy to read, easy to zero. All of that is fine as long as the accuracy is there and it certainly seems to be there. It came with an extra battery which was a nice plus. I can't image it using a lot of power so I think one battery should last almost forever! BUT, when it goes out, I have a replacement (if it will still be good months down the road!). If it uses batteries faster than that, then I may have to amend this review.
