Love them. What a great satisfying crunch. 3 ingredients all pronounceable. 6 g protein/serving. Can be eaten on their own or thrown into salads, mashed avacado etc applications are limited to your imagination.

Have ordered twice. Both times they have been very fresh. These things are delicious. Wish they were a little cheaper.
