Spinning Hat Blood Bath Bath Mat

Picked this up for my fiance's birthday to re-do our bathroom. We'll be keeping it decorated like this year-round. We paired this with the Kikkerland Psycho shower curtain. The mat is durable. It has survived a few washings so far without fading, bleeding or falling apart. It is thick enough to be comfortable, & the non-slip backing is definitely adequate. The only thing I can honestly say that I disliked, it that, since it ships folded up into quarters, is that there is this permanent crease in the center of the unfolded rug that causes it to like peak up on the bathroom floor. Hoping that goes away in time. All-in-all I'd recommend it.-Update-1/2/13After a few washings, the creases have disappeared. Since this is white, it gets dingy kind of fast, so regular washes are recommended. I use the gentle cycle with cold water.

Love the bath mat. I do tend to buy one every other year though since it's white it tends to get filthy and no amount of bleach can save it. I do wash it in hot water with bleach, didn't fade the blood or make it run. I do recommend to hang dry it because the rubbery back does flake off in the dryer. I also have the matching shower curtain by the same company and it has held up well the past 5 years. Making a matching soap dispenser is easy enough, white plastics soap pump and red nail polish.

The "Spinning Hat Blood Bath Bath-Mat" is not exactly the best-made product out there. It's white, so it takes some work to keep it from getting dingy (which it seems to do as soon as it hits the floor). But it's not machine washable, though I think it's supposed to be; my machine, at least, has caused the edges to fray and tear, and I was experimenting with the gentle cycle. It is, however, exactly what it claims to be, and slightly dingy or not I think it looks great in my bathroom with the matching shower curtain (which is a product I have had no problems with so far). If you want a bloody bathroom, I say go for it. Just be prepared for a lot of careful cleaning to keep it pretty.

I had been hoping this was one of those bath mats that when you stepped out of a hot shower the hot water would turn your footprints red, so I was a bit disappointed to see that the mat already had the bloody footprints on it. It does have a good no skid bottom, but the white material shows up any traces of dirt way too easy. I have never had a bath mat that has had to be washed so frequently. The quality of the mat is high, but the upkeep is what rates it at just a mere 3 stars.

it's not white like shown in the picture it's almost beige. and it's not very big as bath mats go, it's on the smallish side. it's not very plush either but what disappointed me most...the bloody foot prints are just stamped on the mat. I thought the mat was white on top with red underneath so when you stepped on it with wet feet you could see the red and that would be the prints. I was wrong. it's still a cute mat, and will look good in the bathroom. but I was disappointed. now that I know what it is...I would still buy the matching towels and accessories. I guess the 3 stars is more on me than the product.

Amazon shold change it's name to Amazing! From the customer service to the products themselves Amazon I mean Amazing! The Bloody Bath Mat featured on line looks better in person. Such details, colors what grafthics! Trust me it, my Bathroom will be a hit during the Month of October alone with the other two items I ordered as well. My hubby will freak and the grand kids will love it. From my firt order of a computer book until this purchase, it's all be wonderful. Nice to get what you pay for; not having the product looking better in the book. With the helpful customer service I feel as I received more than I ordered. I bought the Spinning Hat Blood Bath Mat for my bathroom to match the hand towel and we love it. It gets dirty a little faster being that it's white but that's ok. I have washed it twice and it held together well. Don't dry it though as the red fades faster, rather just lay flat to dry and it will keep it's color longer. I have seen on FB this exact rug and some think it changes color after a wet foot steps on it, THIS IS NOT TRUE. It has the footprints already on it FYI. Also the prints are in the actual rug material and it's soft to the touch, not hard and paint feeling like some other comments I read before buying this. Awesome addition to my bloody bathroom I would recommend again for sure.

This bath mat is not meant to be a super plush luxury mat. It's a novelty item. Plain and simple. It serves it purpose. It provides something to step on whien getting out of the shower, it looks cool, and it's a conversation piece. I feel that some reviews are much too critical about the quality. Again, it's a NOVELTY item. It's not a high end memory foam 3 inch thick mat. I'd buy it again. We love it and so do my house guests.
