Great product - very pleased
This is amazing - having put up with a normal hose and reel and struggled each time to diligently put it back on the real - kinks and knots!- this has transformed the ease of watering - was a bit worried when hooking up that it as ling enough and the it stretches to the full 30m it states with no struggle - I thought I might need more muscle! But no easy peasy- and bonus of lovely basket to store it in 👍

The hose sprung a leak after 10 days of use
I’m 12 days over return time window. It was only used from August 1st and now has a hose pipe leak. I’ve posted twice asking for advice. I see others have the same issue so there must already be a researched response as to whether they can replace these faulty items, so why the delay in answering me.
