I'm 52 and I've been dealing with hot flashes for several years now. I take Primrose and it has helped but I still get them occasionally so I decided to try and add these in. So far they seem to have lessened them even more. I've only been taking them for a couple of days. I am hoping that they may also help with my sleepless nights and fatigue. They are a normal size capsule and are easy to swallow. I've had no side affects from these.

These capsules are easy to swallow and don't produce a bad herbal aftertaste. If I take the recommended dosage of two capsules at a time, I end up with some digestive upset. As such, I have been staying with one capsule dose at a time two times a day. I do notice an energy burst and some lessening in other menopausal symptoms. The effect is very subtle. For the price, they are worth a try for dulling some of the more bothersome effects of menopause. Just don't expect a radical change as these will mostly just take the edge off.

I received one bottle of "Women's Support : Hormone Balance & Menopause Supplements For Women". The bottle contains 60 capsules.I wanted to try these supplements because I suffer from an ongoing issue with heavy extended length menstrual periods (a hormone issue). Mine this time lasted 3-4 months straight and frankly I was tired of it.So, I thought these capsules may be able to help with my issue. I really didn't have anything to lose.These capsules are fairly large in size, larger then most other capsules I take. They are clear with a brown powder inside and they have a smell that reminds me of Green Peppers.Directions state to take 2 and that's what I do. I take 2 each evening. The first day or two I noticed that the capsules gave me heartburn (which I rarely get) but after day 3 I was fine.I've been taking these capsules for a couple weeks now and they have really helped my situation. The menstrual bleeding has really slacked up and is almost non existent.I also noticed that when I stopped taking these capsules for about 3 days that my issue with heavy prolonged menstrual bleeding started right back up (full force).I really do believe that these capsules help with my hormonal issues and I would recommend them. They are also really affordable.

Something in this supplement gave me the worst heartburn. I could not take it long enough to see if there were any results.

One of the main benefits that I have from this product is a bit of stress relief. I use the word 'calming'. I take one after lunch and one after dinner and it gives me a general sense of being 'ok'. I have taken black cohosh in liquid form, but not always easy to remember, so this 'Women's Support' makes it easier to get the black cohosh I prefer. The sage and red clover are extra bonus's. For me this is a good supplement product.

I had been taking these (along with a few other supplements) and my menopause symptoms were well under control. Then one day they started up again-hot flashes, night sweats, etc. I realized that this supplement was the one thing that I had stopped taking because I had run out. I will definitely be ordering more.

I've used about half the bottle so far and I do think it is helping to lessen my hot flashes. Plus, I haven't had any nausea like I can get with some supplements. I think this product is definitely worth trying if you are having menopausal symptoms.

I honestly didn’t notice a difference much when taking these. They taste pretty okay and are easy to choose, I just don’t know if they did anything.
