I use this light to read my books at night so as it to disturb my partner with bright lights. I like the versatility of it such as attaching it to my book or bedstand. The life of the battery is excellent and you get enough bright or dimmed light depending on personal choice.

I bought this as liked the idea of a dimmer as previous book lights I've had often disturbed my husband and the reason for having one was so as not to disturb him! This works really well. It's quite bright on white or amber but dimmer is good and calming amber light better (for me anyway and another click puts on white light if required). It clips neatly on back of a book and is nicely bendy. Rechargable battery is great idea as no more messing about with batteries. I haven't worked out how long the battery lasts, I just give it a bit of a charge every few goes and it's great. Very pleased. Very easy. Would order again and recommend.

Lets me read in bed with a nice dim light.

I thought why not purchase this product as it has an option of two colours, white and amber.The LED's are bright so you may need to twist the head at times, to lessen some of the glare.Battery lasts a very long time. It hasn't gone flat on me yet, I've only charged it here and there.The foam pads on the clip have moved, and have come a bit sticky due to the adhesive. Need to be careful when clipping it to books. Not a big deal, may have only happened to me.

Bought this light so I can read whilst breastfeeding in the night without waking anyone. I'd clip it onto my book whilst using the light. It's great that it is dimmable

A simple and useful light that is more than sufficient for digital e-reading.Clip has a max gap of 3cm (3.5cm right at the edge) so clips onto my bed headboard. Due to magnet may not be suitable for clipping directly onto computer.The only negative is to switch off one has to go through white light which is what one actually needs to not do if about to sleep...

I bought this light for night feeds/nappy changes with my newborn but find I have to charge the light often. I don’t have it on for long but it made me think that if I was actually using to read a book for any length of time, it’d be useless. As a light, it’s great but because of the battery life I’m now looking at buying a different brand and ditching this one as I have enough to think about with a new baby and making sure the light is charged for the middle of the night is not high on my list of priorities!
