I use this monthly and it works perfectly for me. I struggled with a funky front load washer. After the first use the smell was completely gone & soap scum on the window had disappeared. Now I can’t live without it. Strongly recommend to everyone I know.

Used it in a place with no hard water at all (Rio de Janeiro), and the dishwasher has been in use for 4 years without any cleaning product whatsoever, besides the usual filter cleanup. I wasn't impressed by the cleaning results of this product... Used it according to instructions, with the maximum allowed time for it to sit in the machine and all. Took the first photo right before usage, and the second after a couple of days, with 2 or 4 usages of the usual smart cycle.

I was skeptical. I noticed mold spots in my machine and elbow grease and tried vinegar. It helped but was not 100 percent effective. I used this only once so far and i was so impressed at how clean everything looks. Yes, there is still hair and lint but that is not what this is meant to clean. I see no evidence of mold any more. So my first impression is this does exactly what it should. I am happy.

My dishwasher does not work only cancel and drain works. Using as a dish drain to let my dishes dry.

So have used other products in the past and wow this is different than anything I have tried. I think it's becouse you put it in at the start of the day and let it sit and then run it and let it sit over night. I think I nearly burned my hand because this product dose what it says it cleaned the dishwasher. Can't say how well the garbage disposal one worked. But my washer is also clean front load.
