I bought this as a replacement of a previous bidet that stopped working. That manufacturer was less than helpful so I didn’t want to buy the same brand, but liked the features. I absolutely love this bidet. I’m not sure how I managed before. The hook up was easy (according to hubby). If you’re thinking about it, get it. You won’t be sorry. So fresh so clean. 😀

I have been using this bidet for 10 months, and it has been functionally satisfactory. However, it recently broke down, and I contacted the company for warranty assistance. Unfortunately, my experience with their warranty process has been quite frustrating.Firstly, I discovered that this product is not under warranty by Coway, but by Coway Bidemega. When I reached out to them, they requested a video showing the product not working, and I promptly provided the video as they requested. However, instead of resolving the issue, they kept sending additional requests every day. The last question they asked was, "When was the last time you gave it maintenance?" I fail to understand how this is relevant to the warranty coverage, and it makes me unsure if they are genuinely working towards honoring the warranty.Overall, I am disappointed with the warranty support from Coway Bidemega. Despite having a satisfactory product experience for the past 10 months, the current warranty process has left me feeling unsatisfied and uncertain about the outcome.-----------------------------8/11 updateEven after submitting two video recordings and submitting all documents for warranty, coway bidetmega said that another video call is needed this time, and warranty execution is being delayed.

Was not sure what expect but it's great works flawless

This is a great bidet. We love the blue light especially at night.The water pressure is perfect and it has an option to have thewater rod to move forward and back so you don’t have to “dance”around to get cleaned.

NEVER EVER BUY A COWAY PRODUCT! Coway has been spinning me a handicap person around for 2 months asking for all my very personal information and pictures and videos and they said the product that they sell was installed wrong. There is only one way to install a toilet seat and a plumber did mine. I had to even reinstall the seat as they were asking for dimensions of the toilet bowl and they should have all bowls listed to match their seat but they do not. Only 2 seats were available and as one can see in these pictures that someone inside is not designed properly and the zit went from a pimple to the crack that you see in the picture. I am glad I am part of many handicapped Facebook groups that share information of what good products are and I plan on making sure they all know not to purchase a Coway product.

I hate to give this product a bad review but like many others, I am missing pieces that are vital to using this product. It is never easy to contact manufacturers about this. Extremely inconvenient for me to not have all of the parts available upon delivery.

I've had the product for a little over 3 months. Overall, it's a decent bidet. I'd prefer a bit more water pressure on the highest setting but that's just me.I had it installed by my plumber at the end of a bathroom renovation and it was great until it wasn't. The seat started shifting shortly after which, okay, tighten it and it's fine.Where my issue lies is that the seat cracked about 3 months into owning this bidet. Because of the Crack, it doesn't sit right on the toilet anymore. I had a less expensive bidet before that and the quality was much better. Overall I wish I would've done a bit more research before purchasing this one.

I expected something of real quality and I didn't get that. It has no pressure. The $30 bidet I purchased after this one works a thousand times better. Don't waste your money.
