there is nothing wrong with the feeder. It is sturdy and easy to clean. But the birds seem to prefer my plastic one which I got from Wilkinsons ages ago before they went out of business. The seeds are not so easy to get to on this Honeyfields one, for some reason the seed does not fill the hole - so they have to sort of 'dig' for it.

The resident squirrels have found this one a real challenge. The metal round the feeding ports has stopped them chewing great big holes in the feeder and the ports are designed in a way which makes it difficult for them to get seeds out. The birds have no problem at all getting sunflower seeds out. The bottom comes off for cleaning which is great. The only problem I have is getting the lid to fit back on after refilling.

I love this bird feeder, but the birds don't seem to like it. I think its because its shiny. They will only eat from my green one. Its a shame because it is a lovely feeder.

Absolutely 100% made up with these feeders, they are not only good quality but seam to be squirrel proof. We have lost many a feeder due to squirrels destroying them, these have metal pegs and good quality body so vermin cannot get in. Well impressed 👏

Having trouble getting the lid to fit back on the feeder, plastic thin and quite flimsy but does the job for now.

Very well designed bird feeder

Lightweight flimsy metal, poor design means squirrels can release all seeds to the ground by removing the top or the bottom in seconds.Clear plastic is also very bendy, so if I had a chance to use it longer it probably wouldn’t have lasted more than 6months.I had bought a birdfeeder previously that looked very much like this but it was made of stronger materials and a more robust design. (Still working perfectly after 2 years).I think I need to see a feeder in person before buying in future. Very disappointed.If you don’t have squirrels it’s probably ok.

Bought two but base will not release even though it says quick release base . Not returning as all packaging destroyed so will have to fill with water then tip out to clean them!

Pour le prix c'est ok mais c'est léger, en plastique fragile et de "métal" comme papier d'alu. Bon pour 1-2 saisons j'imagine seulement.
