Good Stuff
I really like these. They are quick to make, have a nice texture and chew, and are satisfying. Each pouch comes with two pouches. One along with some veggies and some chicken makes for a nice meal. Some reviews have commented about expiration dates, but mine were good for 7 months from the buy date. Surprisingly Delicious
I wasn't sure these noodles would be good but they really are. They are easy to make and have a good taste. They has that nice "bite" that a good quality Udon noodle should have without any stickiness. just 10 minutes from package to table or wok=low cook time.

excellent noodles
great tasting, love the texture, and they're so easy to use, just pop them into whatever soup/stew, etc. you want to warm them up.

not huge, but noodles are soft and thick- pencil size.
These are the best I have been able to find in terms of thickness. I cant find the super thick Udon noodles that I get in restaurants, but this is pretty good. Like the size of a pencil. They've got that odd chewy texture that I think so many of us go for. These should hit the spot for you. I like that they are so easy to work with and do a great job of picking up and taking on flavor of sauces and seasonings. While I can find this brand in a grocery store, I still live bit of a drive away to get to it. I am much more likely to have it quicker ordering it here than making a special trip to buy it. This multi pack is a reasonable price. Some sellers gougem which makes me just take the trip to the store instead. There may be better options out there, but I haven't found any to try. It has to be thick soft noodles. That is what I am craving when I think of these Udon noodles. Not the same with dry, flat uncooked noodles. Each package is a set of two, and there are 6 packages (of 2) in this "pack of 6". Any time I have purchased from the store, I pick up 2 packages (which is 4 small packs) as I have a huge appetite, and when I have Udon noodles, the focus in on consuming the noodles and not so much as the add ins. There are left overs, of course. And that is the best part- eating these the next day after the flavors have melded together. MMMM. When I made a dish for my husband and I recently, I again used 2 full packages and added in beef strips, snap peas, hoison sause and a couple other goodies. We each had a good sized serving, he went for seconds, and I packed up the rest for him to take as a work lunch. Sad for me as I didn't get to have a second round. Preparing is easy. I dump them into a colander, rinse them with warm water, add them to a pan with sauce and let them pick up the flavoring. Some of the noodles stick together at first and may break- or if you let them warm up in the sauce they will un stick.

Nicely individually packed!
I have been using frozen udon noodles because I could not find those and was easy to keep around. This was definitely better than the frozen. It's not the best since I've had so many fresh udon noodles but it's pretty good. I like that how they are all nicely individually packed. The expiration about about 5 months left.

Our go to noodle.
Our go to noodle for when we want stir fry or something simple. A pack gives you two servings of noodles so for an adult it's perfect. You definitely get your money worth whether it's for one adult or two. Everything is vacuumed sealed individually and they only take 60-90 seconds to make. You need a sauce to go with the noodles thought because they get stuck together otherwise.

Made in China
Made in China. Not what I wanted to see on the package. Please mark source in product description. Texture/taste is not right.

These are too thick and doughy.
It's very nice that these are soft and you can use them in a stir fry without boiling them, but they are just too big in diameter. They just don't feel right when you eat them. I bought a case so I am going to cut them up after in the WOK. Make them seem like elbow noodle size. It's hard to find a comparison for their size. Think about putting a half cup of ketchup on your hamburger. It's just too much.

I was really dismayed when I received Udon Stir-fry noodles from KAME today only to find out the best before date was March 02 2025, four months beyond the best before date. Does nobody in your company check the best before date prior to shipping. I bought this product because a friend recommended this item. I would like either a refund or have the product shipped to me with current best before dates
