Yes cast iron pans are induction friendly just remember how quickly these pans heat up on ordinary cooking surfaces and be careful as to how you set induction heat levels

What size of loaf can you make in it?

I have baked the loaf in Tartine which has 500grams of flour 100 grams of leaven and 375 grams of water

Can this be used on electric cooker?

I believe so, yes. Cast iron pans can be used on element and induction cookers.
