Don’t waste your money. I purchase it the 24-12-2020 it arrived the 27-12-2020 I use it twice and it breaks and leaks a lot..when I contact customer service mike say it pass the return date window but promise to give me a refund or replace of course I take the refund .. I don’t need it

Perfect for family and built very well!

I was a little hesitant to buy a cooker online but must say it was one of the best investment. The cooker is really big and enough for us to make biryani and cook large quantity dishes. The whistle blows perfectly and it doesn’t splash the water/cooking material out. The pressure indicator is super helpful. We wash it in the dishwasher and it cleans really well. Strongly recommend it.

Excellent Quality product.

Got the 10 litres one and was just on the stove at 6. The Base burnt and spoiled the whole food. Rice had enough water to cook. Complete waste of investment. Will upload the picture of the cooker base soon.

Function wise Ltd ok Construction metal is thin

The product we ordered was listed as a NEW product. The product we received was NOT new. It was a product that had been cleaned and refurbished, but very unfortunately the NEW QUALITY & INTEGRITY that we PAID FOR was NOT what we received. UPDATE: We tried to use it to at least extend the benefit of the doubt but unfortunately it did not work - The lid did not close well, therefore it is not safe to use. We tried to contact the seller for a refund or at least an exchange but unfortunately we did not receive a reply from the seller. Several persons warned me from purchasing from overseas sellers, I now second it.

Came in with a broken side handle. I am going to fix it not worth the hassle if returning it but wanted to let you know

Likes: Product arrived in prime condition, the packaging was good. Cooks well and fast too saving gas. Looks good and design is very practical Not so much to liking: The cooker isn't as wide as some of the older products of Prestige, it has a smaller diameter. So you may have to find a smaller utensil to place into the cooker.

Buen producto, el terminado del producto es razonable por el precio aunque lo más que le caben son 7 litros no los 10 que indica la caja, opera bien aunque los mangos y asas se sienten algo frágiles, podrían ser mejor.
