I purchased this for me and my 13 year old daughter to share with each other. Raising a teenage girl can be a struggle and sometimes as mothers, we tend to argue or bicker with our teens, which put a damper on the relationship. I thought this would be a nice way for us to bond and strengthen our relationship. My daughter was happy to receive this as a gift from me and we started filling out pages right away! However, we want to take our time filling it out so that we have something to look forward to do together! I love the variety of questions and prompts this journal includes. The hardcover is of nice quality and the pages are so clean and smooth. I purchased the sharpie no smear pens so we do not personally have any problems with the ink smearing on the pages. The ribbons attached to the book to use as a book mark is a nice added bonus! Overall, this is a great journal for anyone wanting to bond with their daughter. I recommend it for mother’s and their daughters that are 10 & older.

Got this for my daughter and I for Christmas. I searched on here for hours and finally felt like this was the perfect one. It was!! We are so impressed with price point and quality. If I take the time to review it’s because I really love a product! My daughter is 10 and it’s the perfect age. Younger or older could also enjoy this. The cover is beautiful and has raised flowers, the pages are high quality and cute and there are two satin ribbon bookmarks. It’s just so adorable! I also like the setup and layout of questions so we can compare and discuss and strengthen our relationship!

Bought as a Christmas gift for my mother- I bought this one specifically because it felt more “grown-up” than the other ones on the market.I am 25 and I am enjoying filling this out with my mom. Doesn’t feel childish, some of the questions are a bit silly but it is nice quality.

I purchased this for myself and my teenaged daughter. I wasn't sure how she would respond to it. She has been dealing with some depression and I wanted something to help me connect to her. She has taken to it and asks me daily if we can fill out our book. We laugh when we are doing it and its a great bonding time! I am extremely happy I purchased this book. The questions are good for anyone to answer so if I can't find a book for me and my sons, I might just buy a few more of these and cross out daughter and write son. All in all, I am very satisfied and thankful for this purchase.

My daughter and I have been using this for a few weeks now and it's really helping to open up our communication with one another. I especially love the pages in the back that allow her or I to write down whatever we want, she's used this to express frustrations or happy moments and then we have the opportunity to discuss it (it helps her feel more comfortable to write it down and it allows me the opportunity to contemplate how to discuss the topics with her). I highly recommend this for all mother's and daughters of all ages!

Buy it, this is s lovely activity between mother daughter and the questions are inteligente. Im doing this with my 8 years old every nite and honestly

My mom and I have loved working on this book together! A lot of the "daughter" questions are phrased for a child/teenager (e.g., what do you want to be when you grow up) and I'm older (almost 30), but it's easy enough to update. We probably won't complete EVERY page because not all of them resonate with us, but we have had fun getting to know each other better. It's also just a beautiful book. I gave it to my mom for mother's day with a set of pretty pens, and we complete a page or two every time we're together (and just date the top of the pages so we remember when we did it). A gift that keeps giving!

I bought this book to fill in with my teenage daughter for her to keep and have the memories .We have started to fill it in and nice time for me and her to sit and fill it in and keep coming back to do .

My mom and I are both adults, and even though this is clearly meant for a younger daughter, it still applies (we just change some things like instead of school questions we ask them about work). My mom and I have a great relationship, but we are finding out new things and diving even deeper, which has been an excellent experience for both of us. Best Mother’s Day gift ever.

I bought this book for Xmas for my little one (she’s 8)There a a few pages that we have had to leave blank to come back to when she’s a bit older but it’s such an amazing book to connect with each other.We try to do a page a night and we enjoy it very much 🥰

This is a beautiful book. A great gift. I bought one for my mother for Christmas and have started filling in the daughter portion of the book. Can’t wait for her to open it.

Love this! Wish there was a version for adult women, we will have to change up some of the questions as they are geared towards younger daughters who live at home and are under 18.
