I believe I must start this by disclosing how much of a coffee person I am. There are people who consider the rising of the golden orb from the east as their initiator of a day’s beginning. However, there are those such as I consider myself, one who won’t consider a day started without the arousal of their olfactory and gustatory senses by the scent and taste of a rich coffee. I pride to have branded myself that.Thus stated, I am truly serious at seeking for the best tasting coffees. Trust me, I’ve had my fair share of savoring the finest of my cherished brew. Then my ears reached this talk about a particular coffee and I just had to have a taste of it. And beyond doubt, disappointment and I never met.This coffee is delicately and yet vastly intricate; crisp yet lush. This is seductively rich and the pungent aroma is to me like the first whiff of spring. Light and has a silky mouth-feel and the flavor consolidates but rings on in a richly drying finish. This brings me back to the beginning when I found myself simply enjoying a cup of a modest coffee. It’s always the simplest things that matter in the end.

First, I will tell you that I personally believe Bob took the Ethiopian coffee farmers and made sure they picked the best beans for him. He probably has two bags, one for his Dr. Danger line, and the other to be resold to other Amazon whole bean coffee suppliers. I've tried every coffee on Amazon, and yes some will keep you awake, but none have tasted as good as the Dr. Danger line. This particular blend tastes nutty and delicious, and is a great afternoon coffee which won't keep you awake at night. If you're a coffee aficionado, try this coffee. I'm just afraid if this coffee becomes too popular, it won't be of the same quality. Presently in March of 2016, I highly recommend.

I love that its decaf so I can drink it anytime I need a pick-me-up warm beverage for when I'm feeling down or a bit chilly. The coffee has this smooth and rich aroma and an exquisite taste. Goes great with normal milk or even chocolate milk if you wanna get really creative.

Impulsive spells foolish. As an impulsive person, I am foolish and I have never run short in proving that to myself more frequently by every passing moment. For instance, I would slurp another mug of coffee without weighing the possible consequences. Like sleep deprivation. I got slapped in the face by my girlfriend, so to speak, after she told me there are decaffeinated options to freely choose from. That piqued my interest, that maybe Dr. Danger’s got some decaf variant out there. Luck was on my side as the Night Ops Decaf presented itself. Life is indeed abound with miracles. Imagine drinking coffee for its taste rather than its insomniac effects. Almost too good to be true. Existent nonetheless and I couldn’t be more pleased.

OMG! This is so delicious. It's exactly what I wanted from a Dr. Danger coffee. I have tried their Surgical Strike and the Carnival, but I prefer something with less caffeine and this was just the perfect variant for me! Goes perfectly with some marshmallows and a sprinkle of cinnamon.

Delicious. Smoothe. Aromatic. Everything I want in a coffee. The beans are fresh and not oily, so the coffee tastes clean and bright. I'm hooked.
