Works as it should. Very pleased.

Many part broke after few times. Until that it was fun, kids enjoyed it and explored it. It drains the battery like any other battery powered toys. A good concept, but quality wise not great.

So fragile. Won’t stay together.

We got this as part of the monthly stem club. My kids really enjoyed putting it together. I'm glad I read the other reviews about it breaking -- the cables were not built for kids to learn with. It's a great product -- I like how you can see the motor and gears -- I just wish it was a little more in depth. The lessons are great for an 8 - 9 year old, but the delicacy of the kit is more for a 10 - 11 year old. I'm not gong to send it back, the kids think it's cool, but I think there are better kits out there.

first of all the red wire was broken so I couldn’t even use the motor or the battery set to do the thing. Second of all it came damaged. The box was damaged and the instructions were in bad shape. I would not suggest getting this toy also soon after the red wire broke with me, trying to plug it in to the port and taking it out, just to remind you it came with the blue cord broken. I would not suggest this.

Loved capsella as a kid and went on to study mechanical engineering. Was hoping to share a similar experience with my son. Everything seems great, except either the motors are slightly undersized or there is too many frictional losses in the gearboxes... even in the prescribed configurations in the instructions, the motor doesnt have the power to move the car.

Like its other kits, fun builds with IKEA like instructions. A remake of the old Capsela toys of yesteryear. Again the materials could be of better quality, so have adult supervision when young children are handling the parts. They could break them easily.

It was a great set and fun to build for the price but one of the motors ( I bought 2 sets) didn’t work
