Yes, they have timberland pro anti-fatigue insole and they are very comfortable

Where are they made from ?

Designed in New Hampshire USA. But made in Bangladesh. I bought 3 pairs for the past 5 year and about another for up coming month. If you are wondered? I wear it for my construction works, 6 days out of a week and up to 10 hours/day. The most comfortable work shoes I ever owned. I'm owning Red Wings boot as well ($300.00) and they are not as comfortable as these Timb's shoes. Durable? I beat the hell out of these shoes and still intact. :)

Are these a good all-purpose work boot? Was wondering how they would hold up with landscaping and outdoor work.

My husband does flooring work, so he's down with his toes curled alot. The toes did not hold up. Within 2 months they were falling apart. I bought him a pair of danners. They're expensive, but worth it
